A national entertainment icon and one of the pioneers of Brazilian funk, Latino brings over 30 years of career and multiple hits. Now, he joins the strength of the new generation represented by GR6, the country’s largest funk management company.
MC Mari and Aaron Modesto together surpass 4.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Perera DJ, producer and performer of the track, exceeds 8 million monthly listeners, reinforcing his status as a top hitmaker in the genre.
Blending powerful beats, sensuality and humor, “Dog de Raça” creates a provocative dialogue between generations, celebrating the free spirit and boldness that define Brazilian funk. Inspired by street culture and party atmospheres, the song uses “dogs” and “cats” as playful metaphors to portray the vibrant energy of the genre.
