This Saturday (14), Churrasco On Fire lands in Bauru with a premium open barbecue and an exclusive show by Fernando & Sorocaba.
Created by the duo, Churrasco On Fire has become Brazil’s biggest live food and music event. Starting at 3 p.m. at Recinto Mello Moraes, it offers an immersive blend of flavor, technology, and live performance.
Gastronomy meets live show
The highlight is the premium open barbecue, with cuts like picanha, brisket, and ribs cooked by over 250 grill masters from Team On Fire. The event’s iconic BBQ Machine—a two-story gourmet truck—hosts the preparation of Maturatta burgers, made with 100% beef and served via a playful slide.
Fernando cooks his famous “arroz carreteiro” live on stage, while drones deliver barbecue to the audience. The show unfolds across 12 mobile stages, forming Latin America’s largest itinerant stage structure.
“Every detail is designed so people can live a full and intense experience,” says Sorocaba.
Immersive experience and tech
The duo also surprises fans by performing on the bed of a Ford pickup in the middle of the crowd. The creative direction by Camaleão Cenografia and executive production by Ross Produções highlight the project’s innovation and scale.
With partners like Ford, Maturatta, and Santa Massa, Churrasco On Fire blends entertainment and gastronomy, setting a national standard for live experiences.
