Rom Santana, Roça Nova, and Furmiga Dub join the 2026 Festival da Lua Cheia lineup, featuring over 100 performances in Altinópolis.
The Festival da Lua Cheia has revealed a new wave of confirmed artists for its 34th edition, taking place from June 4 to 7, 2026, at Hotel Fazenda Vale das Grutas in Altinópolis (SP). The inclusion of Rom Santana, Roça Nova, and Furmiga Dub reinforces the event’s long-standing tradition of musical diversity.
Born in Bahia and based in São Paulo’s Bixiga neighborhood, Rom Santana has become a sensation in the city’s nightlife. Blending arrocha, pagode baiano, and piseiro, his shows are marked by high energy, improvisation, and a strong connection with the crowd.
From Minas Gerais, the band Roça Nova brings its unique “caipigroove” — a fusion of rural Brazilian music, Afro-Latin rhythms, and psychedelic rock. The group gained national attention after winning the João Rock Band Contest and continues to stand out on the independent circuit.
Completing the lineup expansion, Furmiga Dub brings the power of reggae and the sound system culture to the festival, expanding its musical spectrum.
“Rom Santana joins emerging artists such as Melly, Mari Jasca, Núbia, and O Cheiro do Queijo — names that will surprise the broader audience,” says curator Pedro Barreira.
With six stages and over 300 activities — including workshops, experiences, children’s programming, and open-air events — the 2026 Festival da Lua Cheia celebrates togetherness, nature, and artistic diversity.
The lineup also includes Mano Brown, Céu, Russo Passapusso & Ministereo Público SoundSystem, Mari Jasca, Braza, Melly, ChicoChico, Funk Como Le Gusta, Zeca Baleiro, Edson Gomes, Maneva, and Lamparina.
