Brazilian pagode group Grupo Chocolate releases another track from their DVD “Do Nosso Mundo” on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 9 PM (BRT). The song “Ela é Ela” — roughly translated as “She Is She” — celebrates feminine strength, empowerment, and self-esteem, arriving on all digital platforms with a distinctly original take.

No superpowers needed

The track draws on pop culture references — including Wonder Woman and Catwoman — to argue that a woman’s real power lies in her authenticity. In the lyrics, the woman portrayed doesn’t need extraordinary abilities to change everything around her. Her presence, intensity, and self-assurance are more than enough.

Gabriel, a member of the group and one of the song’s composers, shares the thinking behind it:

We wanted to talk about that woman who doesn’t need to fit any label. She’s strong, intense, sure of herself, and has a presence that changes everything around her. “Ela é Ela” is a way of honoring that authenticity and reminding everyone that every woman has her own power.

A project past 60 million views

The release is part of “Do Nosso Mundo”, a project that has already surpassed 60 million views and produced the breakout hit “Alô, Virgínia.” The audiovisual concept transforms real-life experiences into music, with lyrics that feel like open conversations — emotions, doubts, and conflicts laid out honestly and without filters.

Recorded with a range of special guests, the project features artists including Yan, Resiliê, Turma do Pagode, Akatu, Kamisa 10, Kaique e Felipe, Som de Faculdade, Puro Clima, and Vitor Limma.
