Hungria and Tribo da Periferia launch RESET with dual single “Emendou” and “Aniversário Dela”, available on the 14th.
A partnership that marks a reunion
Hungria and Tribo da Periferia reconnect to introduce the RESET project, bringing together two major forces of Brasília’s rap scene. The dual single “Emendou” and “Aniversário Dela” opens the EP and arrives on digital platforms this Friday (14).
The initiative seeks to revive the essence of rap from Brazil’s Federal District, preserving the identity that has long connected both artists to their audience.
Artists’ statements
“The partnership with Tribo has always made sense. We share similar stories, started in the same scene, and Brasília connects us in a very genuine way.”
Hungria highlights that the reunion answers a longtime request from fans.
“The idea of working together had been growing for some time. We’ve been friends for years. Hungria shares much of the same musical vision and aesthetic as Tribo.”
Duckjay’s words emphasize the creative harmony that drives RESET.
Tracks and EP concept
“Emendou” and “Aniversário Dela” depict urban experiences, affections and contrasts between glamour and reality. The tracks explore victories, chaos, love and renewal, guided by the artists’ unmistakable flow.
The upcoming RESET EP, expected later this year, reconnects Hungria and Tribo da Periferia with their musical origins.
YouTube audiovisual
Alongside the digital release, the dual single also receives an exclusive audiovisual on YouTube, expanding the project’s impact.
