Jennifer Scheffer brings shows to Jussara and Nova América this weekend with free cultural programming.
Singer Jennifer Scheffer takes her performances to the countryside of Goiás this weekend. On Friday, November 14, she performs at the Claque Cultural event in Jussara at 10:40 p.m. On Saturday, November 15, she brings her show to Nova América at 11 p.m., celebrating the city’s 67th anniversary.
The Claque Cultural initiative, promoted by the Government of Goiás in partnership with Sesc Goiás, aims to bring accessible art to different cities with free programming. In Jussara, the three-day event ends with Jennifer’s performance.
The next day, she performs in Nova América, closing a celebration that spans three days. Local authorities announced that gates will open at 8:30 p.m.
Jennifer Scheffer has turned a childhood passion into a solid sertanejo career. Born in Santo Ângelo in 1993, she began performing in Pelotas while studying Food Chemistry at UFPEL. National recognition came in 2013, when she appeared on the TV show “Domingão do Faustão” as a Paula Fernandes impersonator, a performance that helped finance her first original album.
Her career took a definitive turn in 2018, when she moved to Goiânia with the encouragement of João Neto & Frederico. In 2019, she released the DVD “Ao Vivo em Goiânia”, featuring the hit “Mal de Ex”. During the pandemic, she presented the project “Agora Aguenta Coração”, blending national and international classics with sertanejo arrangements.
In 2023, she strengthened her artistic identity with the audiovisual project “Autoral”. In 2024, she gained further attention with the track “Esquece”, featuring Paulo Pires, surpassing 2 million views and entering the Top 10 on Goiás radio.
