Triple Frontera blends Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay in sizzling jazz on the floating stage, as Ricardo Ribeiro Duo ignites Northeastern forró on February 4-5.
Latin American sound fusion
The Vale da Música Floating Stage bursts with cross-border vibes. Backed by Brazil’s Ministry of Culture and Bradesco, it spotlights artists fusing traditions.
On Sunday (5th) at 12:40 PM, Triple Frontera takes over. João Soares (drums, Brazil), Diego Garcia (keys, Paraguay), and Mariano Montenegro (bass, Argentina) deliver authentic Latin jazz.
Double dose of Paraíba forró
At 3:20 PM Saturday and Sunday, Ricardo Ribeiro Duo rules. This award-winning Paraíba native jammed with Chico César and Geraldo Azevedo. FENFIT champ, he celebrates forró and Brazilian tunes.
With albums from Paraíba and Curitiba, Ricardo crafts soundtracks. His set boosts Vale da Música‘s cultural clashes.
