After record-breaking 2025 numbers, Lauana Prado confirms new RAIZ releases and enters 2026 as one of Brazil’s leading music acts.
Throughout 2025, the singer delivered major crowds, strong digital performance and industry recognition. At the same time, she expanded her author-driven projects and reinforced her place among the most prominent names in Brazilian music.
RAIZ takes the show nationwide
One of the year’s highlights was the RAIZ project, which opened its season in Curitiba in March with pre-sales selling out in record time. The tour then reached Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, Maringá, Brasília and São Paulo, positioning RAIZ as one of the biggest live music experiences currently touring Brazil.
Within the project, a key milestone was the recording and release of the audiovisual “Raiz Belo Horizonte”, the third installment in the series. The show was filmed at the Esplanada do Mineirão in front of a crowd of more than 12,000 people, featuring special guests Murilo Huff, Elba Ramalho, Paula Fernandes and more.
The release followed a staged rollout, starting with the EP “Apruma, Beagá” and culminating in the full album. In total, 31 tracks are available on digital platforms.
With the project’s momentum, Lauana Prado is moving forward with fresh RAIZ releases. A Deluxe edition of “Raiz Belo Horizonte”, expected in early 2026, will bring new tracks, reinterpretations and an unreleased song featuring Murilo Huff.
Historic streaming numbers
On streaming platforms, Lauana Prado posted standout results in 2025. With more than 517 million streams, “Transcende – Ao Vivo no Ibirapuera” ended the year at No. 9 on Spotify Brazil, making her the only Brazilian woman in the platform’s Top 10 for the period.
The project also placed “Saudade Burra”, her collaboration with Simone Mendes, among the year’s most-listened tracks. According to Pro-Música, the song also entered Brazil’s 50 most-played songs of 2025, in a list where only six female artists appear—about 7.5% of the total.
Awards, Latin GRAMMY® and overseas debut
“Transcende” earned Lauana Prado the award for Best Sertanejo Release at the BTG Pactual Prize for Brazilian Music. The project also marked her fifth Latin GRAMMY® nomination, making her the only sertanejo artist to have her last five releases recognized by the international academy.
The album later received a deluxe version with unreleased songs and a feature from Nando Reis.
In 2025, Lauana Prado launched her first international tour with dates in Switzerland and Portugal. During her Lisbon show, she was presented with a Gold Single certificate from Universal Music Portugal, recognizing the performance of her songs on the country’s digital platforms.
Massive crowds in 2025
On Brazil’s major live calendar, the singer confirmed her draw with large-scale audiences. The debut edition of CarnaLau in São Paulo gathered more than 500,000 people at Parque Ibirapuera.
During the São João season, Lauana performed to more than 700,000 people across shows in four states in Brazil’s Northeast.
With an intense schedule, major crowds and strong streaming results, Lauana Prado enters 2026 firmly established among Brazil’s leading music artists, with new RAIZ steps set for early in the year.
