Pre-registration opens February 23

With exactly one month to go, Lollapalooza Brazil 2026 has unveiled its full accessibility and inclusion plan for the three-day festival at Autódromo de Interlagos in São Paulo — March 20, 21, and 22. Attendees with disabilities can pre-register for accessibility services on the official festival website between February 23 and March 13.

Registration requires completing an online form and submitting a photo of a medical report/ICD code and a government-issued ID. The festival’s team of occupational therapists reviews each case individually and sends approval or denial by email. On event day, attendees should head to the Accessibility Hub with the approval email and documents ready to speed up wristbanding and access to services.

Debut: Sensory Room and guide dog rest area

The biggest debut of this edition is the Sensory Room — a first for Lollapalooza Brazil. The space features acoustic insulation and on-site occupational therapists, designed for attendees who need support during moments of sensory overload, emotional dysregulation, or crisis — including neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities.

Also new this year: a dedicated guide dog rest area near the Accessibility Hub, complete with shade and appropriate infrastructure. Owners remain responsible for feeding their animals throughout the event.

Services across a wide range of needs

The accessibility plan covers people with physical, hearing, visual, or intellectual disabilities, as well as those with reduced mobility, chronic conditions, pregnant and breastfeeding attendees, elderly visitors, neurodivergent individuals, people with various syndromes, and obese individuals. The Accessibility Hub offers loan services for wheelchairs, free kits, sensory kits, and sunflower lanyards.

Most performances will feature Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpretation on the big screens and detailed audio description via radio transmitters for blind or low-vision attendees. Food and beverage areas will offer audio-described menus. Physical infrastructure includes ramps, tactile flooring and maps, lowered counters, accessible restrooms, and restrooms equipped with changing tables.

A free wheelchair repair and maintenance workshop will also be available throughout all three festival days.

Dedicated entry points for disabled attendees

The festival has mapped out specific entry routes. Gate 7 is exclusively for wheelchair users and operates as a drop-off point for adapted vans only — no personal vehicles or parking. Gate A is recommended for disabled attendees who do not use wheelchairs and arrive by rideshare or taxi. Gate G, near the train station, has a support vehicle on site but sees higher crowd flow, so the festival recommends Gate A whenever possible.
