A second homecoming in Rio de Janeiro

This marks LVCAS‘s second stop in Rio de Janeiro. The artist — born Lucas Vinícius and widely known online as Lucas Inutilismo — first played the city in 2023 at Vivo Rio during his “Minha Playlist de Funk” tour, which built a strong local following. Now, his third national tour arrives at the iconic Circo Voador with a fully original setlist and a live band.

The show runs approximately two hours. Throughout the set, LVCAS weaves together tracks from the new EP with already beloved songs like “Tão Perto”, “Inabalável” and “No Foco”, bridging different chapters of his musical journey.

The EP “Abatido Mas Não Derrotado”

Released in 2026, the five-track EP gives the tour its name and its emotional core. The songs “Mea Culpa”, “Bico do Corvo”, “Refém”, “E Se?” and “Uroboros” explore themes of relationships, self-criticism and emotional burnout. Musically, the EP draws from metal roots, with rhythmic elements of contemporary rock and hip hop, all shaped for live performance.

On stage, LVCAS (vocals) is joined by Isadora Sartor (guitar), Gabriel Bruce (drums), Ronan Tárrega (pick-ups) and Marcelo Braga (bass). After Rio, the tour continues through other Brazilian capitals throughout the year.

From YouTube to the main stage

LVCAS belongs to Brazil’s classic generation of YouTubers. He built his audience through the Canal Inutilismo with annual year-in-music medleys and music videos — each surpassing 5 million views. His “Minha Playlist de Funk” series proved to be the turning point: what started as online content became a full national tour between 2023 and 2024.

That tour’s closing night also marked his debut as an original artist, with the song “Odisseia” — later featured on the album “Humanamente” (2024). That record launched his second tour and cemented his place in Brazil’s live music circuit. Today, LVCAS draws on a fanbase of over 12 million followers, turning online reach into sold-out venues. His first tour closed at Espaço Unimed in São Paulo, in front of roughly 8,000 people.

Over the past two years, the musician visited more than 40 cities and delivered 65 performances.

A multi-instrumentalist on guitar, bass and acoustic guitar, as well as a composer and producer, LVCAS built his career methodically — from internet fame to major stages, establishing a fully independent national music career.
