At Beco das Garrafas, pianist Marvio Ciribelli pays tribute to Sérgio Mendes and Chico Buarque in a night of Bossa Nova and Samba Jazz.
The iconic Beco das Garrafas in Copacabana will once again echo the roots of Bossa Nova. On March 6, 2026, at 9 p.m., Marvio Ciribelli performs at the Bottle’s Bar, celebrating the legacy of Sérgio Mendes and Chico Buarque.
Sharing the stage with him are Isabella Antunes, Mylena Ciribelli, bassist Cadu Pontes, and drummer Márcio Bahia, one of the world’s finest. The setlist includes hits like “Mas que Nada”, “Samba da Benção”, “Bim Bom”, and “Deixe a Menina”, alongside Ciribelli’s original compositions.
Ciribelli has performed in major international festivals such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Java Jazz, and Jazz Plaza, recorded with the Dutch group Focus, and released 18 albums under his own label.
This concert brings back the spirit of the 1950s, when Beco das Garrafas became the birthplace of Bossa Nova — a true celebration of Rio’s musical heritage.
Cover charge: R$ 70,00 Reservations: 2543-2962 (after 6 p.m.) and 97077-9585 (WhatsApp)
