Matheus and Kauan take the Band FM stage this Thursday at 8 p.m. in São Paulo for a live pocket show with fans and nationwide broadcast.
The performance will be held at the João Jorge Saad Auditorium, inside Grupo Bandeirantes’ headquarters, as part of the station’s 50th anniversary celebrations, a milestone reached in 2025. The event will air live across the entire radio network.
Viewers will also be able to watch on Band FM’s YouTube channel and on the Bandplay app. In that sense, the event extends the format of Band FM De Pertinho, the series built around closer encounters between major artists and loyal listeners.
Matheus and Kauan on Band FM
Murillo Huada, Kaká Meyer and Milena Barros will host the conversation with the duo throughout the night. According to Murillo, the station’s artistic director and the voice behind the well-known show Quem Ama Não Esquece, expectations remain high after recent editions featuring major sertanejo names.
“Depois de receber nomes como Maiara & Maraisa, Simone Mendes, Fernando & Sorocaba e Gustavo Mioto, a promoção Band FM De Pertinho segue criando experiências únicas e inesquecíveis para o público que nos acompanha. Com Matheus & Kauan a expectativa se mantém elevada. Teremos um encontro emocionante, permeado por boa conversa e grandes sucessos”, enfatiza Murillo, diretor artístico e voz do famoso programa Quem Ama Não Esquece.
The setlist is expected to include hits such as “Vou Ter Que Superar,” “Quarta Cadeira,” “Que Sorte a Nossa,” “O Nosso Santo Bateu” and “Nessas Horas.” As a result, the show leans on songs that helped define the duo’s career while keeping the atmosphere close and personal.

The duo’s track record
The brothers from Itapuranga, in the state of Goiás, have built a 15-year career with nine albums and 13 DVDs. Over that span, they sold more than 700,000 units and earned one platinum record, four diamond records, one double diamond and one triple platinum certification.
Beyond sales, Matheus and Kauan have also written at least 400 songs. That output helps explain why their appearance strengthens Band FM’s strategy of pairing live content with artists who already command a massive audience.
Today, the station has 74 affiliates across 13 Brazilian states and reaches 87 million potential listeners. Because of that scale, the pocket show is designed to resonate far beyond the auditorium in São Paulo.
