Released on February 20, 2026, “Em Silêncio” (“In Silence”) is an unprecedented collaboration between two generations of Brazilian Christian music. The single was released under the Labidad Gospel label and is now available on all major streaming platforms.
A message of faith and surrender
Written by Leonardo Jundi Eto, “Em Silêncio” carries a powerful message about dependence, surrender, and complete trust in God. The lyrics affirm that when everything is placed in the Lord’s hands, the outcome always surpasses what we could achieve on our own.
The song speaks directly to Novo Som‘s devoted fanbase — a band that, in over four decades, has amassed more than 100 million streams, over 20 classic songs, and remarkably maintained the same lineup throughout its entire career.
Two worlds, one generation of faith
For André e Felipe, this partnership means far more than a musical collaboration. The duo grew up listening to Novo Som at church, watching entire generations of young believers singing along to their anthems.
