After moving 20,000 fans onstage with Priscila Senna, Odoguiinha confirms March shows in Macaé (Mar 10) and Rio das Ostras (Mar 12).
Pernambuco-born singer and songwriter Dougllas Fernanddo—known professionally as Odoguiinha—has announced a March run of dates across the state of Rio de Janeiro. The news follows the buzz around his live moment with Priscila Senna and a standout backstage encounter with the iconic band Calcinha Preta.
Rio de Janeiro dates in March
The mini-tour stops in two coastal cities known for open-air music events and a strong local culture calendar. In Macaé, he performs on March 10 at Orla dos Cavalheiros. In Rio das Ostras, the show is set for March 12 in Costazul.
“I’m living a moment I never imagined. After singing with Priscila, announcing this tour in Rio de Janeiro proves dreams are turning real. Macaé and Rio das Ostras can expect a show full of truth and emotion,” the artist said.
The Priscila Senna moment
Odoguiinha joined Priscila Senna onstage during a set that drew around 20,000 people. The performance sparked an emotional crowd response and quickly picked up traction on social media, widening his visibility beyond Brazil’s Northeast.
Backstage with Calcinha Preta
He also met Calcinha Preta backstage, inside the dressing room, where he sang and exchanged experiences with Mika Rodrigues, O’Hara Ravick, Daniel Dial, Marlus Viana and Bell Oliver.
Streaming numbers and social reach
With more than 1 million followers, Odoguiinha is part of a new wave of Northeastern Brazilian music making national inroads. His single “Muero Por Tenerte” is nearing 3 million plays, while “Se Decepção Matasse” is approaching 1 million streams across major platforms.
A longtime fan of Priscila Senna for about a decade, he got closer to the singer after a coordinated push from his fanbase online. The campaign boosted the request’s reach, caught Senna’s attention and led to a backstage meeting—followed by the live onstage invite.
The chemistry between the two, both onstage and off, has fueled talk of a future collaboration. There’s no official confirmation yet, but the momentum underscores his growth in forró and his expanding audience outside the Northeast.
