One week before Christmas, Pabllo Vittar releases the visualizer for “A Ceia”, feat Dupê, from her Brazilian Christmas mini album “Prazer, Mamãe Noel”.
“A Ceia” visualizer sets festive mood
With just one week to go until Christmas, Pabllo Vittar gifts fans with the visualizer for “A Ceia”, a collaboration with Bahian singer and songwriter Dupê. The video is now available on her official YouTube channel and is part of the Christmas mini album “Prazer, Mamãe Noel”, released in late November.
This is the second visualizer unveiled by Pabllo for the holiday project. Next week, she will release the video for the song that gives the mini album its title, expanding the visual storytelling created for the festive season.
Song celebrates Christmas dinner and Brazilian warmth
“A Ceia” is the only track on the mini album that features a guest artist. The song portrays the much-anticipated moment of Christmas Eve and the excitement of meeting a loved one right after dinner, in a mix of celebration and romance.
The accordion stands out in the arrangement, which also brings an interpolation of “Feira de Mangaio”, a classic made famous by Clara Nunes. The track blends tradition, Brazilian music references and Pabllos unmistakable pop identity.
“Dupê is an amazing artist, my producer Gorky introduced me to his sound and I invited him to join my Christmas project. This song represents Brazilian warmth, with a lot of sensuality,” says Pabllo Vittar.
“Prazer, Mamãe Noel” brings a Brazilian take on Christmas
According to Pabllo, the mini album “Prazer, Mamãe Noel” was born from a long-time dream: creating a Christmas record that truly reflects the Brazilian identity of the season, connecting celebration, memories and diverse rhythms.
“I always wanted to make a Christmas album and my goal with this project is to create songs with this theme, but with a very Brazilian identity for this time of year. There is forró, seresta and arrocha to celebrate the date with lots of fun, romance and partying! There are also pop and electronic elements. These are genres I love and references to songs I listened to as a child during Christmas at home. I want to show that this is a date for all feelings and for all people,” the singer says.
The five-track mini album features “Exatamente Igual”, “A Ceia”, “Prazer, Mamãe Noel”, “Infinito” and “Não Se Esqueça de Nós”, all available on digital platforms since late November.
In the coming days, Pabllo Vittar will release the official music video for “A Ceia”, once again alongside Dupê, adding another visual chapter to her Christmas narrative.
Collaboration with Dupê and star-studded production
The Christmas project is produced by Gorky, Maffalda and Zebu. The tracks were written by Pabllo Vittar, Bibi, Gorky, Maffalda, Number Teddie, Zebu, Pablo Bispo, Dupê, Guiga, Drake do Nordeste, Filipe Guerra, John W, Arthur Marques and Kika Boom.
“It was a shock when I saw an artist of her magnitude following me on social media, and then I was invited to write a song. I was welcomed in a way I did not expect, I was in the studio with cosmic music entities and they treated me as an equal. These are the guys behind Brazils biggest hits and they had zero arrogance. The energy flowed so well, and that is why I think the song carries such a good vibe,” says Dupê.
