Every Thursday, Casa Horto — one of Rio de Janeiro’s most charming venues, nestled in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood — opens its doors for the P’Alma Sessions, a series that blends live music, gourmet food, and craft cocktails into one unforgettable evening. On March 5, the spotlight falls on a special pocket show paying tribute to Phil Collins and Genesis.
Rio-based band PopCast takes the stage with a set packed with hits from start to finish — including the iconic ballads that defined the British singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist’s legendary career. The intimate setting makes every note feel personal.
A band built on experience
PopCast is no newcomer to big stages. Its members have performed or recorded alongside some of Brazil’s biggest names, including Lenine, Leo Jaime, Toni Garrido, Monobloco, Geraldo Azevedo, and Paula Toller, as well as television work for TV Globo. The lineup features Bruno Bellandi (vocals), Rafael Garrafa (bass), Sérgio Morel (guitar), Fred Castilho (drums), and Gê Fonseca (keyboards).
The project debuted at the prestigious Blue Note Rio to critical acclaim and sold-out crowds. The Casa Horto show is set to carry that same energy into a more intimate atmosphere.
