“Tribute to the Holy Spirit” lands today (15) on all platforms via ONErpm; it brings 10 Catholic classics, led by the focus track “Eu Navegarei” and its video.
Brazilian priest and singer Padre Diogo Albuquerque releases Tribute to the Holy Spirit this Thursday (15), a 10-track album built around praise and worship. Distributed to all major streaming services via ONErpm, the project revisits songs that shaped the spirituality of countless Catholic communities—especially prayer groups and retreat circles.
The album also mirrors his personal journey. He traces the seed of the project back to childhood, during a Christmas novena with his grandmother. In that quiet moment, contemplating the Nativity scene became a lasting spiritual awakening—one that later guided his vocation and now finds a new form through music.
“This album was born as a gesture of praise and gratitude. I hope that, by listening, each person can experience the same renewal and baptism in the Holy Spirit that transformed my life.”
10 tracks, anchored by “Eu Navegarei”
Curated as a set of Catholic music “standards,” Tribute to the Holy Spirit leans into familiar melodies with a devotional purpose. The focus track, “Eu Navegarei”, stands out as a sung prayer of surrender, setting the tone for the album’s atmosphere of renewal.
An intimate, community-driven visual
The release is paired with an audiovisual project recorded in an intimate format. Backed by three backing vocalists, keyboards, and electronic percussion, Padre Diogo leads a moment designed to feel like communal prayer—voices joining in, emotions surfacing, and the crowd responding as part of the worship.
