Saturday is sold out, and Salvador’s Festival de Verão 2026 rushes toward Sunday’s final tickets, with a new price tier turning over from 14 to 15.
The 25th edition of Festival de Verão Salvador lands on January 24–25, 2026, and opens a new chapter: the event will debut its own home base, Arena Festival, built inside Wet Eventos.
Sunday tickets: final stretch
Demand is shaping this anniversary year in real time. Saturday (Jan 24) is officially sold out. Sunday (Jan 25) has entered its last phase of ticket sales.
Organizers also confirmed a new ticket tier starting at the midnight turn from Wednesday (14) to Thursday (15), urging fans to secure entry before the next price change.
Arena Festival debuts at Wet
After recent editions at Parque de Exposições, the festival moves into a venue designed for its size and production needs. Arena Festival sits at Wet Eventos, a complex managed by Salvador Produções, which produces the event in co-production with Bahia Eventos.
“We’ve built a lineup with major Brazilian artists, and I’m sure the 2026 edition will be even more unforgettable.”
The quote comes from Marcelo Britto, CEO of Salvador Produções. Setup began in December, with 500 to 600 professionals working daily on the build.
The production scale is substantial: roughly 200 tons of structure, around 6,000 meters of audio, lighting, and video cabling, plus 310 meters of LED panels.
The redesigned area totals 45,507 m², planned to improve flow and comfort. Capacity is up to 25,000 people per day, with permanent bathrooms built across all sections.
Three stages, two distinct vibes
The festival runs three stages: Cais, Ponte, and Palco Rua by Coke Studio. Cais and Ponte operate in an alternating, integrated setup for the main concerts, each measuring 33 meters wide, 10 meters deep, and 12 meters high.
Palco Rua by Coke Studio focuses entirely on music made in Bahia, positioning itself as a meeting point between tradition, contemporary sounds, and Salvador’s street pulse.
Programming is built as two complementary experiences. Saturday leans into Brazil’s songbook across styles. Sunday shifts toward pop and urban sounds, from trap to pagodão.
“Our challenge is to build a plural program, connecting generations and new voices in a single experience.”
That’s according to artistic director Zé Ricardo. The lineup reinforces a signature Festival de Verão move: putting icons and rising names on the same bill.
Lineup by day
Saturday (Jan 24) features Rachel Reis with guest Márcio Victor, Ney Matogrosso, Caetano Veloso, Ivete Sangalo, “Dominguinho” (João Gomes, Jota.Pê and Mestrinho), and Carlinhos Brown.
Sunday (Jan 25) brings Teto featuring WIU, Luísa Sonza, Léo Santana, Wesley Safadão with Elba Ramalho, Péricles, and Belo.
Comfort, inclusion, sustainability
The 2026 edition highlights accessibility measures, including a dedicated area for people with disabilities, ramps in all sectors, accessible restrooms, and Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) interpretation throughout the program.
Organizers also list a Support Point staffed by a psychologist, a social worker, and lawyers. Sustainability actions include a “solidarity ticket” with food donation, selective waste collection, proper waste treatment, and carbon emissions compensation.
New for Arena Festival, a Farmácia Pague Menos store will operate onsite. The Camarote BB area adds food and drink options, front stage views for Cais and Ponte, a relax lounge, a zip line, built-in air-conditioned restrooms, and its own medical post.
