After more than four decades, 14 gold albums, and tours across 80 countries, Sepultura begins its final act. The single “The Place” arrives on all digital platforms via ONErpm, setting the stage for their goodbye EP “The Cloud of Unknowing”, out on April 24.

“This song deals with immigrants seeking refuge, eventually trapped in contradiction,” explains frontman Derrick Green.

Green sees the song as an evolution from disappointment to rage, mirroring inner and societal conflicts. Musically, it fits the band’s farewell tour, “Celebrating Life Through Death”, capturing their trademark intensity.

The upcoming EP “The Cloud of Unknowing” gathers four powerful tracks — “All Souls Rising”, “Beyond the Dream”, “Sacred Books”, and “The Place” — blending emotion, power, and the spirit of Sepultura’s legacy.
