Teatro Bangu Shopping presents an Elton John tribute and the play “Fresh Water for Flowers” this weekend in Rio de Janeiro.
Teatro Bangu Shopping hosts two special attractions this weekend. On Friday, November 28, the audience will enjoy the show “Tribute to Elton John”. On Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, the theater presents the play “Fresh Water for Flowers”.
On November 28, singer and pianist Marcos Gruender takes the stage with the show “Tribute to Elton John”. The performance faithfully recreates the great hits, the visual style and the energy of the legendary British artist.
The tribute revisits classic songs and highlights key moments of Elton John’s career, delivering a night filled with music and emotion.
On November 29 and 30, the theater hosts the first Latin American production of “Fresh Water for Flowers”, adapted from the best-selling novel by Valérie Perrin.
Starring Marcella Muniz and directed by Bruno Costa, the play offers a sensitive narrative about grief, resilience, friendship and the search for meaning through a poetic staging.
