Wanessa Camargo records the “Metamorfose” DVD at Qualistage and celebrates 25 years of music with a special concept show.
A milestone performance
To celebrate 25 years of her career, Wanessa Camargo recorded the audiovisual project “Metamorfose” on November 15 at the Qualistage venue in Rio de Janeiro. The location carries special significance, as it was the same stage where she filmed her first DVD in 2003.
The show was designed as a concept performance, divided into acts that reflected personal and artistic transformation. The narrative guided the audience through an emotional journey symbolizing the singer’s evolution “from the innocence of the caterpillar to the flight of the butterfly”.

Scenography by Rafael Castro incorporated sensorial elements, combining music and dance to immerse the audience. The production reaffirmed Wanessa’s commitment to artistic renewal and personal reinvention.
Special guests

The highlight among the guests was Maite Perroni, Mexican singer and former member of RBD. The long-awaited reunion excited fans and added emotional weight to the recording.
Maite joined Wanessa on stage and shared her gratitude: “I’m so happy to be in Brazil. Thank you, my beautiful friend Wanessa, for letting me be part of such an important night. Twenty-five years of your metamorphosis”.

The event also featured appearances from other guests, including Allan Souza Lima, Wanessa’s colleague on TV Globo’s “Dança dos Famosos”.
Family and legacy
Wanessa’s sons, José Marcos and João Francisco, attended the performance and celebrated the milestone with their mother.
Throughout her 25-year trajectory, Wanessa Camargo has become one of the most respected names in Brazilian pop music. Her career is marked by constant reinvention, exploration of new sounds and strong connection with audiences.
