Zeca, Alcione & Aragão reveal setlist for Brazil’s biggest samba tour

After TV appearances on Fantástico and Caldeirão do Huck, the samba trio unveiled hits like “Deixa a Vida Me Levar.” The tour kicks off June 6 at Maracanã stadium.

The setlist takes shape

O Maior Encontro do Samba — The Greatest Samba Gathering — is giving fans a first look at what to expect. During recent TV performances on Fantástico (TV Globo, February 8) and the Melhores do Ano special on Caldeirão do Huck (TV Globo, March 29), Zeca Pagodinho, Alcione, and Jorge Aragão performed highlights likely to feature in the seven-city stadium tour.

Alcione delivered the crowd-pleasers “A Loba” and “Sufoco”. Jorge Aragão brought the beloved “Já É”. Zeca Pagodinho charmed with “Mutirão de Amor” and the timeless “Deixa a Vida Me Levar.” The set also embraced broader samba canon: “Coração em Desalinho” (Monarco and Ratinho), “A Voz do Morro” (Zé Keti), and “Não Deixe o Samba Morrer” (Edson Conceição and Aloísio Silva), made iconic by Alcione.

A samba circle built for stadiums

Rather than solo sets, the show’s structure features shared vocals and joint moments, with all three artists on stage throughout the entire performance. The result feels like a samba roda scaled to stadium size, backed by a live band of over 15 musicians. Musical direction is by Pretinho da Serrinha.

Special guests city by city

The tour opens on June 6 at Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro, with Martinho da Vila as special guest. São Paulo gets two nights at Allianz Parque on June 20 and 21 — the June 20 date is already sold out. Both São Paulo shows feature Martinho da Vila, with Arlindinho opening the second night performing the repertoire of Arlindo Cruz.

Seu Jorge joins the trio in Brasília (Sep 19, Arena BRB Mané Garrincha). Alexandre Pires and Martinho da Vila appear in Curitiba (Nov 7, Arena da Baixada). Péricles is the guest in Porto Alegre (Nov 14, Estádio Beira-Rio). The Belo Horizonte guest (Nov 28, Mineirão) is still to be announced. The tour closes in Salvador (Dec 19, Casa de Apostas Arena Fonte Nova) once again with Martinho da Vila.
