Centauro opens more than 1,000 temporary positions for Black Friday and Christmas across Brazil starting in November and December.
Centauro, the largest sporting goods retailer in Latin America and part of the SBF Group, has opened more than 1,000 temporary positions to strengthen its teams during the busiest retail periods. The opportunities cover stores nationwide and offer a path for entry or re-entry into the job market, with potential for permanent hiring.
Applications must be submitted through Centauro’s job portal. The openings are for store assistant and sales associate roles across the brand’s more than 230 stores. The states with the highest number of positions include São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro.
Benefits include meal allowance and transportation voucher. Candidates must have completed high school. Affinity with sports, strong communication skills and interest in customer interaction are valued qualities.
The store assistant role does not require previous experience, which makes it an accessible opportunity for those starting their careers. For the sales associate position, prior sales experience is preferred, allowing professionals to apply their knowledge and continue developing.
Those selected will start on November 3 for the Black Friday period and on December 1 for the Christmas season. Applications remain open until the end of October for the November group and until mid-November for the December group.
