The Desenvolve Internship Program, run by Senac’s National Department, has opened a new selection process with immediate-start positions in Rio de Janeiro and Brasília. Applications are open from 1/16/2026 until 12:00 p.m. on 2/9/2026 (Brasília time).
Who can apply
Eligible applicants are higher-education students starting from the 3rd term (undergraduate/bachelor’s programs) or the 2nd term (technologist programs), up to the third-to-last term for all programs. For Rio de Janeiro openings, candidates must live in the Greater Rio area. For Brasília roles, candidates must live in the capital or any satellite city in the Federal District.

Benefits and work format
The program offers a monthly stipend of R$ 1,874.00, full transportation assistance, and on-site meals. The workload is 6 hours per day, totaling 30 hours per week. The roles are in-person.
The internship contract runs for one year and may be renewed for up to two years, depending on program rules and continued student eligibility.
Selection stages
The selection has three stages. First, an online application, followed by an online test—both available from 1/16/2026 until 12:00 p.m. on 2/9/2026 (Brasília time). Next, candidates approved in the objective test will be invited to an interview and document submission stage, as described in item 6 of Regulation 1/2026.
