Invited by Netflix, the actress was the only Brazilian selected for an exclusive experience ahead of the show’s new chapter. The trip peaked on the night of the 14th at the Global Premiere held at Palais Brongniart, where she watched the first episode.

Wearing a striking look, Diaz also stepped out in a mask that nods to the season’s new storyline. The detail echoed the much-anticipated masquerade theme and helped deliver a full “diamond of the season” moment under the Paris spotlight.

During the curated schedule in the City of Light, she also posed for a photo with Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict Bridgerton and leads the season’s romance. The snapshot quickly became one of the standout moments from her Paris run.

Netflix’s Regency-style Paris experience

The experience began on January 12 with a symbolic welcome: an elegant cocktail on the Seine with the Eiffel Tower in the background. “I’m the only Brazilian invited to a Netflix experience in Paris, with professionals selected globally for the Bridgerton launch. I’m a huge fan of the series, and I’m very happy,” she said.

Across the itinerary, activities were designed to transport guests into the spirit of the Regency era. Highlights included a Bridgerton-inspired cooking class followed by lunch at the iconic Ladurée.

The session took place at the brand’s celebrated Champs-Élysées boutique, widely associated with Parisian macarons. “I love diving into other cultures. I never imagined I’d be in this iconic store, learning a traditional macaron recipe and even receiving a certificate for the experience,” Diaz shared.

Masquerade ball mood: dance and mask-making

The immersion continued with a dance class inspired by the upcoming Season 4 masquerade ball. It was hosted at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique, in a main hall commissioned by Napoleon—an ideal backdrop for ballroom steps with an aristocratic feel.

“Completely immersed in the Bridgerton universe,” Diaz said, after learning choreography that mirrors the grand society dances seen in the series.

The creative side came through a special workshop where guests designed their own masks for the big night. Diaz created the very accessory she later wore at the global preview, tying her styling directly to the season’s aesthetic.

Bridgerton Season 4 release date

Bridgerton Season 4 arrives on Netflix on January 29. The storyline centers on Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha), introduced as the mysterious “Lady in Silver.”
