Now entering its 13th edition after 12 years of spotlighting fresh kitchen talent, the show is again looking for Brazil’s best home cook. To apply, candidates must complete the form on the network’s official website: https://inscricao.band.com.br/

How to apply for MasterChef Brasil Season 13

The selection process is aimed at amateur cooks from across the country. Applicants must be over 18 and submit a video up to 15 minutes long.

In the video, candidates should introduce their personality and explain why they want to join the competition while preparing a recipe of their choice. The goal is to show skills, creativity, and on-camera confidence.

Who is not eligible

Band says applicants are not eligible if they have worked in restaurants, hold a university degree in Gastronomy, or are currently enrolled in the field. The rules aim to keep the spotlight on true home cooks.

Jacquin, Helena Rizzo, and Fogaça return

Chefs Erick Jacquin, Helena Rizzo, and Henrique Fogaça will again lead the judging, selecting and challenging contestants throughout the season as they compete for the prize.

Format and production

Created by Franc Roddam, the MasterChef format is represented internationally by the Banijay Group. In Brazil, the show is produced by Endemol Shine Brasil for Band and Discovery Home & Health.
