“Open for Business” uncovers new finds on History

History airs special episodes of “Open for Business,” featuring unseen deals in Rio and Minas, starting March 2 at 10:10 p.m. In its second season, the original History series follows three antique experts on a journey across Brazil in search of antiques and hidden treasures. Sergio Longo Junior, Luciana Coutinho, and Cláudio Claudino hit the road once again in their classic van to explore the historic Estrada Real route, connecting Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais. The new specials bring back the trio with fascinating stories and rare finds. “Unseen Deals: Rio de Janeiro” showcases their discoveries amid the state’s stunning landscapes, while “Unseen Deals: Minas Gerais” dives into the charm of historic towns, popular art, and heartfelt encounters steeped in history. Blending emotion, culture, and humor, “Open for Business” reveals that every object has a past — and every deal tells a story. The show is rated for all audiences.
