The 2026 CONMEBOL Libertadores reaches a crucial crossroads before the group stage draw. The third round return legs take place this week, with Paramount+ carrying live coverage of both high-stakes matches.

O’Higgins defend a slim lead

On Wednesday, March 11, at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), Colombian side Deportes Tolima host Chilean outfit O’Higgins at home. The visitors hold the advantage after winning the first leg in Chile 1–0, with Francisco González scoring the only goal on 53 minutes.

Tolima must overturn the deficit on their own turf. Any draw sends O’Higgins through to the group stage.

Medellín vs. Juventud — all to play for

On Thursday, March 12, at 9:30 PM, Independiente Medellín welcome Uruguayan club Juventud. The first leg in Montevideo ended level, meaning everything is decided in Colombia. This match is exclusive to Paramount+.

What’s at stake

Both winners advance to the 2026 CONMEBOL Libertadores group stage. The losing sides are not eliminated from South American competition — they drop into the 2026 CONMEBOL Sudamericana group stage.

Once the dust settles, the group stage draw is scheduled for March 19 at 8 PM (Brasília time).

On-air talent

Paramount+’s broadcast team features Marcelo Hazan, Cris Dias, Nivaldo Prieto, Ale Xavier, and analyst Paulo Vinícius Coelho (PVC).
