In 2025, Accor surpassed €5.6 billion in revenue, expanding its footprint across the Americas with new hotels, tech innovation, and sustainability.
Global hospitality leader Accor reported €5.639 billion in revenue in 2025, up 4.5% from the previous year. The RevPAR climbed 4.2%, and EBITDA reached €1.2 billion — a 13% growth versus 2024. The company now counts 5,836 hotels and more than 881,000 rooms worldwide, with 1,527 projects in its development pipeline.
Americas expansion gains momentum
Across the Americas, Accor operates 569 hotels and 107,000 rooms, with a 7.4% RevPAR increase. The Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) division achieved a 10.2% rise, driven by 23 new openings and 36 new signed deals. Highlights include the TRIBE Belo Horizonte Savassi, debuting the brand in Brazil, and Treasure Island Las Vegas, now the group’s largest property with 2,884 rooms.
“These results demonstrate the strength of our business model and partners’ trust in our ecosystem,” said Thomas Dubaere, CEO, Accor Americas for PM&E.
Luxury and lifestyle reimagination
The Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio now exceeds 100 hotels. In 2025, Sofitel completed renovations of its Montreal and New York properties, gearing up for the reopening of Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Ipanema by late 2026. The brand will also expand with residences in Buenos Aires and new MGallery projects in Tulum and Saint-Martin.
Ennismore, Accor’s fast-growing lifestyle arm, boosted its expansion with the SLS Playa Mujeres all-inclusive and upcoming openings such as Hyde Mexico City Reforma and Mama Shelter Mexico City in vibrant Roma Norte.
Technology and sustainability drive performance
With all PM&E hotels in the Americas using the IDEAS revenue management system, Accor advanced its digital transformation. The group cut over 370,000 paper sheets through process digitalization while enabling remote audits. Environmentally, over 150 hotels are now certified sustainable, and efforts like measuring the carbon footprint of menus reflect its ongoing innovation.
In Brazil, Accor earned the GHG Protocol Bronze seal for transparency in emissions reporting. Its partnership with Food to Save prevented 37 tons of food waste and generated additional revenue for participating hotels.
