Strategic Expansion in Inland SP

The Atlantica Hospitality International, with 194 properties and 28,500 rooms across Brazil, converted two existing hotels in Ribeirão Preto to the Transamerica brand. This move strengthens its local market position.

Located in charming Jardim Botânico, the hotel provides easy access to Dr. Luis Carlos Raya Park, Ribeirão Shopping, and south zone dining. It features 330 modern rooms for couples, families, and solo travelers.

Facilities include four event rooms, a pool, and gym. They cater to both leisure and business guests effectively.

This launch reflects Atlantica’s robust growth plan. We combine prime location with our management model and multichannel approach. It’s a key step to solidify presence in markets like Ribeirão Preto.

Guilherme Martini, Senior VP of Operations, Sales, and Marketing, emphasizes Transamerica’s reliability for all travelers.

Ribeirão Preto Draws Hotel Investments

The city offers strong economy, high quality of life, and cultural events. It attracts visitors nationwide and fuels hospitality growth.

Fernanda Novaes, General Manager, highlights the hotel’s comfort and versatility under the Transamerica banner.

Integrated Partnership Since 2021

Since 2021, Atlantica and Transamerica Hospitality Group have joined forces. Their brands, from Transamerica Collection and Executive to Fit, Esuites, and Go Inn, span economy to luxury with global standards.
