Gourmet Haven in the Mantiqueira
Skip the carnival crowds for fresh flavors. Casa Bambuí, opened in 2023 inside Parque Bambuí, blends lush nature and cozy dining. “Everything’s crafted with warmth for moments with loved ones,” says chef Anouk Migotto.
The Bambuí Musical brings live piano and classic marchinhas. The drink menu features carnival-themed cocktails. Summer menu highlights burst with seasonal freshness.
Caixa Móbile Honors Park Art
Drawn from the Entre-Deux mobile by French sculptor Christian Soucaret, the Caixa Móbile de Sabores e Cores delights as an appetizer. It showcases regional flora and fauna in bite-sized surprises.
New additions: vol-au-vent with smoked trout and savory macaron, plus alternatives. Mains shine with risotto of serra parmesan and duck in seasonal red fruit sauce.
Chef’s Pot in Three New Versions
Summer calls for Mantiqueira-inspired comfort with fresh twists.
The famed Chef’s Pot, served in a copper dish, changes with the seasons. Try:
Boeuf Hachè Mantiqueira: filet mignon mince, fresh mushrooms, serra mustard.
Moqueca Mantiqueira: coconut milk, dendê oil, local trout, cilantro.
Bambuí Lasagna: vegan pasta with spinach, leek, basil, sage.

Seasonal sorbets and fruit-infused classics like blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry add a cool finish.
