Chef Anouk Migotto unveils Casa Bambuí’s autumn menu in Campos do Jordão, featuring the iconic “Chef’s Pot” and artisanal desserts.
As autumn arrives with its soft breeze and golden light, Casa Bambuí embraces the season with a menu inspired by warmth and nostalgia. Located within the scenic Parque Bambuí, the restaurant blends French-Italian techniques with local ingredients, creating dishes that evoke comfort and connection.
The return of the Chef’s Pot
The beloved “Chef’s Pot” returns in three seasonal versions, served in copper mini pots: veal ossobuco with creamy polenta, trout with fresh herbs, and a vegan cassoulet with legumes and edible flowers. The dish symbolizes Anouk Migotto’s distinctive approach to soulful cuisine.
Starters like mushroom croquettes, smoked trout bites and local cheese balls celebrate Mantiqueira’s mountain flavors. As main courses, highlights include Caramelli pasta with shredded lamb in red wine sauce, and the elegant Duck Magret paired with leek risotto and a berry glaze.
Sweet artistry and Mantiqueira inspiration
Desserts are equally inspiring: Black rice pudding with jua cream, coconut panna cotta with red fruit coulis, and the restaurant’s signature handmade ice creams. But the star is the Petit Pourri Mantiqueira Cage — five mini desserts served in symbolic cages referencing Eduardo Srur’s installation “Voo de Aves,” built from confiscated bird cages used in illegal trade.
