Easter celebrations at Mundo a Vapor Park
Mundo a Vapor Park, located in Canela in Brazil’s southern highlands, is turning Easter into a full sensory experience. From April 3 to 5, 2026, the leisure complex rolls out a special program centered on the ferris wheel and train ride, designed to delight visitors of all ages.
The highlight of the celebration is the Easter egg hunt, held daily in two sessions — at 4 PM and 5 PM. Open to children aged 4 to 12, each session accommodates up to 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ferris wheel ticket is required. Every child receives a 120g chocolate egg, while supplies last.
Face painting, balloon art, and live DJ
On April 4 and 5, the festivities grow even bigger. Face painting and balloon sculptures transform the park into a world of fantasy, while DJ Douglas provides the soundtrack from 4 PM to 8 PM, setting a lively, contemporary mood as the sun sets over the Serra Gaúcha hills. This sunset programming with live entertainment continues every weekend throughout April.
Free train ride included
All visitors with a ferris wheel ticket also receive a complimentary train ride. Departing from the Bosque Station, the approximately 10-minute journey is full of visual surprises and is pet friendly — a perfect add-on for families traveling with their dogs.
A 52-meter view over Canela’s Stone Cathedral
The park’s iconic ferris wheel stands 52 meters tall and offers a breathtaking 360° panorama, including a clear view of Canela’s famous Stone Cathedral. Its 30 climate-controlled cabins — some themed — each hold up to six passengers comfortably, year-round.
