Parksnet projects a 110% growth in ticket sales as visitors to Gramado and Canela seek premium, customized experiences.
The 2026 Easter season is set to significantly boost tourism in Serra Gaúcha. Parksnet, which serves 98% of Gramado and Canela’s major theme parks and restaurants, reports a sharp sales increase over last year. The company expects average ticket prices to rise by 10–15%, driven by tourists investing in full experience packages, combos, and multiple-entry tickets.
“This upward trend in average tickets was already evident in the first two months of the year. More than volume, what really stands out is consumption quality,” says Parksnet CEO Thiago Samejima.
According to Samejima, nearly two years after Rio Grande do Sul’s historic flood, the region has reinforced its position as a prime Easter destination. “We’re seeing a different kind of Easter, where visitors seek customized stays and full leisure journeys,” he explains. The early April holiday also encourages longer stays and requires early planning by the tourism sector.
“Strong collaboration among hotels, guides, parks, and restaurants strengthens the region’s ecosystem,” says Samejima.
He emphasizes that Serra Gaúcha now represents a mature destination, capable of catering to diverse audiences and transforming seasonal dates into complete experience hubs.
