Santa Catarina resort grows revenue by 30%, invests in new gastronomic infrastructure, and consolidates its position in the national leisure hospitality sector.
Fazzenda Park Resort, a benchmark in leisure tourism in the Itajaí Valley, ends 2025 with results that reaffirm its prominent position in the national hospitality industry. In a period marked by the strong resumption of domestic tourism, the Santa Catarina establishment exceeded its targets, registering a 30% growth in revenue compared to the previous year.
This exceptional performance is accompanied by other significant indicators: the average daily rate grew by 15% during the period, reflecting constant investments in infrastructure and guest experience. Furthermore, the overall occupancy for 2025 reached the impressive mark of 96%, a rate rarely achieved in the hotel sector on an annual scale.
Operational excellence and infrastructure
Maintaining such high occupancy requires precision. Antonio Coradini, commercial and marketing manager at Fazzenda, explains that the greatest asset in 2025 was human capital. The team was trained to maintain the warm and personalized service, trademarks of the venue, even when fully booked.
The resort also underwent significant improvements, such as the delivery of a new restaurant, more spacious and cozy, and the expansion of leisure facilities. According to Coradini, the changes were based on client feedback, aiming to offer more comfort to families.
“The delivery of the new restaurant was not just an expansion project, but an invitation for families to enjoy our gastronomy with even more comfort and tranquility.”
Strategy and national scenario
Success was already apparent in the first semester, with average occupancy hitting 98% in the initial months. In December, the highlight was the Black Friday campaign, which generated over R$ 30 million and sold about 15,000 daily rates in record time. The focus was on transforming the stay into a memorable event, using multichannel digital strategies.
Fazzenda’s numbers gain even more relevance in the national comparison. While the Brazilian hotel sector grew approximately 15.9% in the year’s aggregate, the resort nearly doubled this pace. Additionally, the average occupancy of resorts in the country hovered between 59% and 65%, well below the 96% achieved by the Santa Catarina establishment.
This result is driven by a strong trend in 2025 tourism: the search for outdoor experiences and so-called “experiential tourism,” where travelers prioritize contact with nature without giving up comfort and technology.
