Free entry for 300 at Alchymist to honor Fortaleza’s birthday

To mark Fortaleza’s 300th anniversary, Alchymist opens its doors for free to the first 300 local residents on Monday, April 13.

On the occasion of Fortaleza’s 300th anniversary, the Alchymist Group is hosting a special initiative this Monday, April 13 — a municipal holiday in the Brazilian northeastern capital. The first 300 visitors who can prove a connection to the city, whether through proof of residence or birth certificate, will receive free admission to Alchymist Lagoa Encantada and the Prehistoric Park, on a first-come, first-served basis.

More than leisure — a sense of belonging

The number 300 was no accident. It mirrors the city’s three centuries of history, turning the gesture into a direct tribute. Group president Giorgio Bonelli frames the action as an act of gratitude.

“Fortaleza is part of our history and our growth. Celebrating these 300 years by opening our doors to the people of Fortaleza is a way of giving back and strengthening the bond with those who live and build this city every day.” — Giorgio Bonelli, president of Alchymist Group

Commercial director Cléa Girão emphasizes the deeper meaning behind the offer, positioning it as a statement about identity and community.

“This initiative comes from a very clear vision: it’s not just about leisure, it’s about belonging. We want the people of Fortaleza to see themselves in this celebration and understand that they are also part of building the city’s history.” — Cléa Girão, commercial director of Alchymist Group

How to get free access

To qualify, visitors must present a proof of residence or birth certificate listing Fortaleza as their city. Access is strictly by order of arrival, capped at 300 people. No exceptions will be made once the limit is reached.

Known for combining entertainment, nature, and immersive experiences, Alchymist’s venues have become increasingly popular with both tourists and locals. The group expects strong foot traffic throughout the day, driven by the free admission offer and the celebratory atmosphere of the holiday.
