The seasonal route reinforces Fortaleza’s position as a strategic entry point for travelers from the United States and across North America.
The airline also expects increased demand from Brazilians living abroad who traditionally travel during this period to visit family and friends.
Flight schedule details
Departures from Fortaleza take place on Thursdays and Sundays at 12:30 p.m., arriving in Miami at 7:00 p.m. Return flights leave Miami on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 4:20 p.m., landing in Fortaleza at 12:45 a.m. the next day.
Through its partnership with American Airlines, passengers can connect in Miami to multiple destinations across North America.
Additional Orlando route
GOL also operates direct weekly flights between Fortaleza and Orlando (MCO), expanding travel options to Florida.
Flights depart Fortaleza on Saturdays at 4:30 a.m., arriving in Orlando at 11:25 a.m., with return departures at 12:55 p.m. and arrival at 9:55 p.m.
Aircraft and onboard experience
The route is operated with Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, configured to carry up to 176 passengers on international routes.
Passengers can upgrade to GOL Premium Economy, which offers extra legroom, greater seat recline, a blocked middle seat, increased mileage accrual, and enhanced onboard meals.
