Grupo Augis presents the Sais Beach Living Hotel portfolio at Visit Travel Show in Porto de Galinhas, highlighting its wellness concept.
Established as a tourism hub in Maceió, Grupo Augis is taking part in one of the 90 business rounds held until December 3 at the Visit Travel Show in Porto de Galinhas, Pernambuco.
The trade show aims to foster tourism in Pernambuco through exhibition areas, lectures and business meetings with national and international buyers.
During the event, Grupo Augis Revenue Director, Carlos Endrigo, will present the full infrastructure, differentials and portfolio of attractions of the Sais Beach Living Hotel.
Inspired by the wellness concept, the new upscale property combines sophistication, comfort, exclusivity and unique experiences by the sea in Maceió.
The Sais Beach Living Hotel features 324 apartments, including 63 hyper personalized units and three penthouse suites for guests seeking differentiated stays.
One of the highlights is the panoramic rooftop, from which guests can enjoy the beauty of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde beaches with sweeping views.
Because the rooftop offers a 360-degree view, guests have the privilege of admiring both sunrise and sunset over the Maceió shoreline.
The property also offers seafront pools and lounges with sofas and armchairs surrounded by greenery, reinforcing the relaxed beach atmosphere.
Until December 19, the hotel will make 40 double and triple apartments available per day for the first guests who wish to experience its exclusive services firsthand.
In this initial phase, the proposal is to deliver an experience in a beach environment, with authenticity and genuine connection to the local culture.
Guests at the Sais Beach Living Hotel will encounter warm lighting, designed so they feel at home from their very first visit.
The lighting concept highlights authorial lamps made from corten steel sheets with a rustic, rust-like finish, created especially for the bar located in front of the hotel entrance.
Another strong feature of the Sais Beach Living Hotel is its gastronomy, conceived with the purpose of offering much more than traditional meals.
The restaurant experience is a true cultural journey led by award-winning chef Wanderson Medeiros, known nationally as Picuí, who signs the culinary concept.
Inspired by the idea of “salt”, the element that gives the hotel its name and has long symbolized trade, preservation and identity, the project seeks to recover historical narratives.
At the same time, the gastronomy aims to connect these narratives with the sophistication of contemporary tourism, valuing regional flavors in dialogue with current trends.
