Hotel Villa Rossa begins 2026 with full occupancy and new experiences

With full rooms this summer and a new Italian-inspired plaza, Hotel Villa Rossa forecasts 14% growth in 2026, driven by short-trip tourism.

Located just 50 km from São Paulo, Hotel Villa Rossa enters 2026 stronger than ever. After an 8% increase in lodging revenue in 2025, the resort kicked off the new year fully booked during January and Carnival, with Easter reservations already surging.

Piazza Del Sole and signature drinks

The highlight of 2025 was the opening of Piazza Del Sole, a charming outdoor square designed by Atelier O’Reilly, inspired by traditional Italian piazzas. This central space brings guests together in harmony with nature and architecture.

The 2026 summer season also introduces a new menu of signature cocktails, mixing citrus fruits and herbs for refreshing tropical flavors perfect for São Paulo’s countryside weather.

Tourism and corporate growth

With 350,000 m² of green space in the Atlantic Forest, Villa Rossa blends leisure and corporate hospitality. The resort expects a 14% revenue increase in 2026, with corporate travel representing 35% of total income.

“Location, structure, and meaningful experiences are what make us stand out to guests who value time and connection,” says Juliana Jacobina, marketing manager at the resort.

Facilities and sustainable design

The hotel offers 107 accommodations, from spacious suites to eco-friendly lofts, with free Wi-Fi and charging stations for electric vehicles. The leisure complex includes heated pools, water slides, trails, lakes, and sports courts.

Spaces like A Floresta and Labirintixo enhance the sustainable concept: A Floresta encourages family interaction amid nature, while Labirintixo, built from recycled materials, delivers a creative sensory journey for children.

The Spazio Natura SPA offers saunas, jacuzzis, and personalized therapies focused on wellness and relaxation.
