InterContinental São Paulo unveils New Year’s Eve dinner and packages

InterContinental São Paulo, near Avenida Paulista, offers a premium New Year’s Eve dinner and exclusive stay packages to celebrate the arrival of 2026.

New Year’s Eve dinner at Restaurante Tarsila

To toast the arrival of 2026, InterContinental São Paulo will host a New Year’s Eve Dinner on December 31, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., at Restaurante Tarsila. The experience includes premium beverages such as Chandon sparkling wine, Bombay Sapphire gin, 12-year-old whisky, Alamos wines and Heineken beer.

The menu offers a selection of starters and dishes featuring fine ingredients, with soup, cheese and antipasti stations. Highlights among the cold dishes include king crab with tangerine sauce, lobster cocktail, salmon tataki and tuna rolls.

Among the main courses, guests will find veal ossobuco, shrimp flambéed with Licor 43, crispy roast suckling pig with sweet farofa, Valencian paella and boursin ravioli with truffle sauce. The proposal is to blend New Year’s Eve traditions with contemporary fine dining.

The dessert table completes the experience with Sacher torte, banoffee pie, Red Velvet cake, pistachio fudge and brownie with dulce de leche sauce. The selection was designed to please different tastes and end the evening on a sweet note.

New Year’s Eve stay packages

In addition to the dinner, InterContinental São Paulo offers exclusive New Year’s Eve packages that combine accommodation, New Year’s Eve dinner, extended breakfast and late check-out until 4 p.m. Rates start at R$ 3,855 in a Classic room.

For those seeking an elevated experience, the Paulista Suite package is available from R$ 5,005. The hotel also offers accommodation-only packages starting at R$ 1,265, ideal for guests who prefer to plan their own New Year’s Eve schedule.
