Jurema Águas Quentes boosts kids’ holiday program

Jurema Águas Quentes expands its January holiday lineup with Escape60 Curitiba games and a tethered hot-air balloon ride, included in stays.

Jurema Águas Quentes, a resort complex in Iretama, in Brazil’s Paraná countryside, is rolling out a special schedule for children and teens during the school break. Throughout January, the plan pairs interactive activities with downtime in nature, with highlights included in the accommodation package.

Escape60 brings puzzle games to the resort

From January 10 to 31, 2026, a partnership with Escape60 Curitiba brings escape-style puzzle games to guests. The experience revolves around finding clues and solving story-driven challenges in teams, with sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.

Two formats will be offered: one for groups of 2 to 10 participants and a “plenary” mode for 12 to 32 participants. The activity is recommended for guests aged 8 and up and is included in the stay package.

Tethered balloon ride on January 10

Another holiday highlight takes place on January 10 with a tethered hot-air balloon ride at Jardins de Jurema, one of the resorts within the complex. The anchored flight is designed to offer a safe way to take in panoramic views of the property and surrounding landscape.

Flights are scheduled for 7 am and 4:30 pm. Children under 12 may join when accompanied by a responsible adult. The balloon ride is also included in the accommodation package.

Thermal waters and wellness facilities

Beyond the special attractions, guests can enjoy the complex’s thermal-water infrastructure, described as the largest in southern Brazil. The destination offers 19 thermal pools, nature trails, a natural waterfall and outdoor leisure areas.

Wellness options include the SPA Jurema, saunas and black mud baths, aimed at relaxation and reconnection.
