Jurerê OPEN in Florianópolis hosts a free weekend of wellness activities and live music for International Women’s Day on March 7 and 8.
The weekend at Jurerê OPEN, in Jurerê In, will be all about celebration, self-care, and empowerment. The open-air venue offers a special program focusing on health, well-being, and music dedicated to women.
Special outdoor program
On Saturday (March 7), the schedule begins at 9 a.m. with a self-defense class led by Maira Bandeira, teaching basic protection techniques and self-confidence. At 8 p.m., singer Milla de Oliveira takes the stage for an international pop performance.
On Sunday (March 8), International Women’s Day, at 9 a.m. there will be a functional workout designed for women, taught by Dr. Rafaella Neves. Afterwards, participants can enjoy coffee and quick massages. The event wraps up at 5 p.m. with Reverb Duo, performing national and international pop hits with Indayana Pasini and Fábio Borges.
Other weekly attractions
Leading up to the weekend, Jurerê OPEN features live sets by DJ Jean Carlo (March 4), DJ Carlo Du (March 5), and Quarteto Vermelho & Branco (March 6), all with free admission at Platforms 1 and 2.
