Le Canton Resort wins the RCI Gold Crown 2026 award for the 11th time, the highest recognition for guest satisfaction.
Le Canton ends 2025 celebrating another achievement in its successful journey. The resort, located in the mountain region of Rio de Janeiro, has received for the 11th time the RCI Gold Crown 2026 award, granted by RCI, the global leader in vacation exchanges.
This distinction is awarded to affiliated hotels and resorts that reach high levels of guest satisfaction. To obtain it, the property must excel in five categories, based on ratings given by RCI members through post-stay surveys.
Five excellence criteria
The evaluated aspects are check-in and check-out, hospitality, resort maintenance, unit maintenance, and unit cleanliness. To be eligible, a hotel must receive at least 15 reviews within a 12-month period.
