São Paulo’s MorumbiShopping opens its 6th expansion with 40 new stores, a rooftop food hall, and the debut of Bershka and Bath & Body Works in Brazil.
On March 18, MorumbiShopping will unveil its 6th expansion, redefining the retail and leisure experience in São Paulo. The project features a new rooftop dining destination and around 40 stores spread over three levels, solidifying its status as a cultural and shopping landmark.
International brands debut in Brazil
The expansion marks the Brazilian debut of Bershka and Bath & Body Works. Their arrival positions MorumbiShopping as a key entry point for global brands. Two more international names are expected to be announced soon.
Fashion, design, and lifestyle mix
The new lineup also features Livraria da Vila Artes, dedicated to art, design, and lifestyle. Renowned brands like Água de Coco, H&M, Michael Kors, and Le Lis join a refreshed Renner, the first store to open, featuring sustainable practices and omnichannel integration.
The rooftop transforming São Paulo’s dining scene
Designed by ARCHITECTS OFFICE, the new rooftop combines glass ceilings, natural light, and Brazilian landscaping. Visitors can access it independently, with exclusive valet service.
Highlights include Fuoco & Farina by restaurateur Gianluca Perino and designer Cris Barros, blending classic and modern Italian cuisine, and Margaux, a Parisian-style brasserie by Attivo Group. Le Thomaz by Charlô and the Portuguese Tasca do Zé e da Maria join the lineup, alongside Tuy Bar, Cocina, Oléa, Yuna, and the Japanese restaurant SU.
“These new operations reinforce MorumbiShopping as a complete destination in the city, bringing together unique brands and iconic references,” says Livia Franciss, the mall’s superintendent.
With R$ 233 million invested and 13,141 m² of new spaces, the expansion also includes a new climate-controlled walkway, renovated central area, and modernized food court and lighting.
