Praia Mavsa kicks off the summer season with Alexandre Pires, blending music, leisure and premium hospitality in a unique experience.
The 2026 summer at Mavsa Resort, located in Cesário Lange just 90 minutes from São Paulo, began in grand style. The official opening of Praia Mavsa took place on January 17, featuring the Pagonejo Bão show by Brazilian star Alexandre Pires and unveiling the resort’s newest open-air entertainment area.
The new space includes five beach tennis courts, a soccer field, two tennis courts, and an infinity pool with breathtaking views. It is designed to host large-scale concerts, corporate events, and themed festivals — all under the resort’s premium all-inclusive concept.
“Praia Mavsa is more than just an event space — it’s designed for guests seeking complete experiences that combine leisure and hospitality,” said Adrianne Vasconcelos Dellamuta, Mavsa Resort’s executive director.
Resort guests enjoyed free access to the concert and the premium VIP area, while external visitors could buy limited tickets that included open food and open shop benefits. The exclusive lounge served signature cocktails and offered private rest areas.
The event was also family-friendly, featuring a kids zone with inflatable activities and supervision. According to Tiago Cabau, Mavsa’s general manager, the goal is to make Praia Mavsa “a new stage for great experiences that unite entertainment, leisure, and family moments.”
With this launch, Mavsa continues to invest in infrastructure and guest experience, reaffirming its status as one of São Paulo’s top premium all-inclusive resorts.
