Jurema Águas Quentes hosts chef Abner Ivan, Latin America’s best chocolatier, for Beach Tennis, Christmas and New Year events.
Jurema Águas Quentes welcomes award-winning chef Abner Ivan, elected Latin America’s best chocolatier at the World Chocolate Masters, the leading global chocolate competition.
He will join three special events at the resort: the Beach Tennis tournament, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, with live experiences for guests.
In 2025, the chef took first place in the competition and secured a spot in the 2026 world final in Europe, where he will represent Latin America among 25 participating countries.
Chefs Natália Marinho and Juan Banegas also take part in the actions, designing special experiences alongside Abner Ivan.
Live experiences with Latin America’s best chocolatier
Chef Abner Ivan works daily with consultancy, product development, team training and exclusive gastronomic events.
Invited by Jurema Águas Quentes’ executive chef, Juan Banegas, he will lead live experiences during the Beach Tennis tournament.
The tournament will bring together around 300 athletes on 13 courts across Jardins de Jurema Convention & Termas Resort and Lagos de Jurema Termas Resort.
In addition, the chef will join the special Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations, bringing high-end gastronomy even closer to guests.
He will finish gastronomic experiences in the dining room, interacting directly with the public and adding an exclusive touch to the events.
Thus, the complex further strengthens its position as a destination for exclusive experiences, sophisticated entertainment and culinary excellence.
