We also prepare other delights, such as codfish risotto and sausage farofa,” he says.
For New Year’s Eve, the chef highlights dishes such as lentil salad and soup, plantain farofa, filet mignon with gorgonzola and almond sauce, and two fish options. The menu features salmon and trout with caper sauce as main courses. The recipes are designed to please different tastes and traditions.
The complete dinners include a cold cuts, fruits and breads table, assorted salads and hot main dishes. Classic year-end recipes appear with the chef’s signature touches. For dessert, guests can enjoy sweets such as red velvet cake and tiramisu, among other options.
