With drones, fireworks, and new shows, Electric Ocean reshapes SeaWorld Orlando nights starting June 12.
After sunset, the park shifts gears. Electric Ocean returns with a larger footprint, blending technology and live entertainment to redefine what nighttime means at SeaWorld Orlando. Starting June 12, visitors step into an experience designed to extend the park’s energy well beyond daylight hours.
At the center are three new nighttime animal presentations. “Shamu Celebration: Light Up The Night” pairs dynamic lighting with high-energy choreography to spotlight orcas. “Sea Lions Tonite” builds on its comedic charm with new surprises. Meanwhile, “Dolphins: Touch the Sky” delivers a more emotional tone, combining music and movement to highlight human connections with marine life.
Beyond the shows, the atmosphere expands across the park. Club SeaGlow transforms Bayside Stadium into a family-friendly dance floor, complete with a live DJ, performers, and immersive lighting that keeps the momentum going.
Inside the Nautilus Theater, “Hydro Surge” adds another layer. The circus-style production mixes acrobatics, dance, and live percussion, channeling the raw power of the ocean into a high-impact performance.
The biggest visual leap happens overhead. A brand-new drone show uses hundreds of synchronized lights to create ocean-inspired imagery in the sky, set to the soundtrack “Feeling Electric.” It serves as a bridge to the park’s iconic finale.
Ignite returns immediately after, now enhanced with more fireworks, fountains, and lighting effects. The 360-degree display surrounds the central lagoon, offering multiple vantage points and a fully immersive closing moment.
Daytime experiences also evolve. Expedition Odyssey introduces “Fire & Ice,” a new film-driven journey into extreme environments, while an additional animal presentation is expected to be announced soon.
