Soho House São Paulo unveils its new Health Club featuring a sauna, yoga studio, sound healing sessions, and exclusive functional smoothies. Wellness takes center stage.
Soho House São Paulo — the brand’s first House in South America — has officially launched the Soho Health Club. The new space marks a major expansion in the House’s wellness offering, blending high-performance fitness, holistic experiences, and cutting-edge technology.
A full-body, full-mind experience
The Soho Health Club is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training machines, including curved treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, and cable stations. Members also have access to full locker rooms, dry and steam saunas, contrast showers, and a spacious studio currently offering yoga classes and sound healing sessions.
In the coming weeks, a daily class schedule will be introduced, including mat pilates and body max, along with personal trainer services available exclusively to members.
Recovery as part of the ritual
The club’s philosophy extends well beyond the workout. The rooftop Pool Bar serves as a natural extension of the wellness journey, with bookable sun loungers and a menu of functional smoothies. The standout is The São Paulo, a blend created exclusively at this House, featuring açaí, banana, mixed berries, soursop, and granola — all chosen for their muscle recovery benefits.
