In French Polynesia, The Brando celebrates Women’s Day with wellness, art, and culinary experiences that embrace harmony and female creativity.
From March 6 to 8, the iconic resort The Brando celebrates International Women’s Day with a weekend devoted to inspiration and authenticity. The program combines gastronomy, well-being, and cultural expression amidst the natural beauty of Tetiaroa.
Flavors and culture in harmony
The celebration starts with Mix & Sip, a mixology masterclass inspired by tropical ingredients and Polynesian botanicals. Later, the Beachcomber Restaurant hosts a themed dinner highlighting feminine energy, featuring dishes like tuna tataki with mango coulis, lagoon fish with vanilla essence, and hibiscus panna cotta.
Open-air cinema and mindful moments
On Saturday, an open-air screening of Hidden Figures celebrates women who reshaped history through intelligence and courage. Sunday begins with sunrise yoga by the lagoon and concludes with “A Toast to the Goddesses” — a sunset gathering featuring music, connection, and the signature cocktail Mana Vahine, symbolizing Polynesian feminine energy.
Luxury, balance, and sacred well-being
At the Varua Te Ora Polynesian Spa, the highlight is the Ocean Feminine Ritual, a sensory treatment that mirrors the lagoon’s rhythm to restore balance and serenity. Surrounded by pristine nature, private villas with pools create a sacred space where luxury and spirituality flow together to honor women’s strength.
